BUT and Conicet collaborate to advance technologies for multichannel automatic speech recognition (ASR).
This will enable recognizing speech from multiple speakers in challenging scenarios like meetings, dinner parties and interviews. Such scenarios are very challenging in terms of noise, reverberetaion, speech in bacground and overlapping speech. We will participate in the CHiME-7 2023 challenge in July 2023 and conduct research on leveraging self-supervised representation models for multichannel ASR.
